State Farm has very good customer service and prompt service. We had issues with our car's jump start, and they helped us immediately within 1-2 hours to send a technician to sort out the situation. The insurance premium is also much cheaper than my previous insurance, so that's a plus point as well.

Paula Hernandez made my day!! I was having a really hard time with a glass claim, and could not get a real answer from any of the third partner claims services State Farm chooses to use. I was ready to leave State Farm altogether. However, Paula truly went above and beyond to turn my experience 180 degrees. She went out of her way to contact the claims service, the vendor I chose, and was very clear on the paperwork required to proceed.
